Well you might be wondering why you are getting the May issue of Prerunner Maniac in June? There is a great reason for this, Pump My Prerunner!!! Yes later this month we will finish our first episode of Pump My Prerunner.

You can probably tell by the name how this will work. We are taking a "Soccer Mom" 96 Explorer and transforming it to a desert brawler.

Along with the video we will have individual build articles on each part of the build so you can get a closer look.

A few weeks ago we were in the OC for the Extreme Motorsports Expo 2009 at the Orange County Fair Grounds. What a show. This year there were more prerunners than we expected, and we show them to you in our coverage.

Also in this issue you will see our coverage of the Best in the Desert 2009 Terrible's 250 in Primm. Now that we have a closer relationship with BITD it really helps us feed the "dirt" to you quickly, about things going on with their races.

In an upcoming issue we will show you the install of our new Dakota Digital Gauge for our project Desert RZR. We first saw this at SEMA last year and got our hands on one of the first production units.
