Here are some highlights of the race.
You might think some of these times are a bit inflated compared to any other race Best in the Desert puts on, but after talking with other members of the media that stayed for the entire race, it is almost a miracle that this number of racers finished. We heard stories of literally having to cross lakes of water to continue on course, so our hats go off to all the racers that crossed the finish line in what might be one of the toughest races of the season.
