Now you will need a dead-blow hammer, and after removing the top and bottom nut holding the spindle, hit the side of the spindle towards the top ball joint mount to loosen it.

Using a grinder Robby cut the factory lower a-arm to make room for the new Fabtech lift spindle. You’ll see from the picture where to cut. Also take note of the factory steering stop that is circled. It will be removed in a later step.
