Yesterday I received the July issue of Dirt Sports magazine and while thumbing through it I come across a full page editorial announcing the SCORE Las Vegas Cup IV. Later I see a full page ad for the race.

That’s fine and dandy but the race was cancelled 2 weeks ago.

Just a couple weeks away is the return of The Mint 400. We will be bringing you complete coverage of this race if you can't make it out, but if you can come to see the race here are the Schedule of Events. Be sure to come to the Driver Meet and Greet at the Fremont Street Experience Thursday night. You will be able to get up close and personall with the racers and their vehicles, get autographs and just have a great time.

Thursday, March 27th and Friday, March 28th, 2008:
Registration: at the El Cortez Hotel and Casino from 9:30am - 6:00pm
Tech Inspection: on Fremont Street from 10:00am - 7:00pm

Thursday, March 27th, 2008:
MINT 400 Fan Fest street party on Fremont Street East 7:30-10:30 pm. Meet and greet driver autograph session, live music, food, bars, vintage vehicle display, and MINT girls!!

Friday, March 28th, 2008:
Fun Run will be from 7am to 9am - you may use any type of vehicle but each vehicle will only be allowed to go around one lap. No cars out after 9 am!!

Saturday, March 29th, 2008:
Race vehicle staging will be at 6:00am, race will start at 7:00am
Time Limit: 16 hours

Sunday, March 30th, 2008:
Awards Presentation: Primm, NV

It is a new year and we are celebrating with our largest issue to date.

This New Year also marks the end of the offroad racing season and will start back up in February with the BITD Parker 425.
